    Miniature Morning Pastries

    Our miniature morning pastries are a wonderful addition to any breakfast or brunch gathering. The assortment provided assures that every guest will have something to satisfy. Minimum requirement of 1 dozen Can be ordered just boxed, or assorted on a beautiful catering tray.

      Available in 3 different flavors. Minimum order requirement of 24 pieces per flavor.

    • Miniature Buttermilk Biscuits

      Our flakey and soft biscuits made in a miniature size are a great addition for any gathering. Paird beautifully with butter, jam served on the side.

    Soups

    • Choose from the below selection of our freshly prepared soups available for purchase in large 1 gallon quantities. These soups come pre-heated, and ready to serve complete with ladle.

    Salads

    Offer a refreshing option to any meal. Our Salads can be used as a side option in addition to other offerings or used as a meal itself. Our salads are plentiful and filled with fresh ingredients. Always accompanied with house made dressings.

    • Asian Fusion

      Marinated grilled chicken breast, carrots, nappa cabbage, scallions, mandarin-oranges, almonds, peanut-ginger dressing

    • Harvest

      Mesclun greens, arugula, baby spinach, roasted sweet potato, roasted onions, roasted beets, beluga lentils, corn, grape tomatoes, roasted pepitas, balsamic vinaigrette- VEGAN

    • Vernazza

      Mesclun greens, arugula, hard boiled egg, grilled chicken breast, peppers, red onion, olives, mozzarella cheese, grape tomatoes, chick peas, balsamic vinaigrette

    • Caesar

      Romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese, grilled chicken breast, house made croutons, buttermilk dressing

    • Greek

      Green leaf lettuce, Feta cheese, olives, stuffed grape leaves, pepperoncini, cucumber, tomato, house made Greek dressing

    • Fruit Salad

      A large bowl of assorted fresh cut, seasonal fruit. Accompanied on the side by a honey lime dressing

    Miniature Sandwiches

    This is our recommendation for most events. Giving guest the ability to not only try one delicious option, but 2 or 3. Allows for a beautiful variety with out the mess of cutting. All options below can be interchanged between inside sandwich types, and bread option. This interchangeable variety makes endless possibilities and accommodates all preferences. Minimum of 12 pieces per type/order.

      With fresh fruits, house made granola, crunchy pearls and coconut shavings

    • COCONUT CHIA PUDDING

      Prepared with coconut milk, passion fruit puree & fresh berries - also naturally VEGAN

    Beverages

    All are offered in disposable (recyclable) containers so no need to return! Beverages can be purchased by them selves or accompanied with trimmings such as cups, stirrers, milk, sugar etc.

      Our house coffee available in regular, or decaffeinated.

      1 gallon container - serves 10-15 cups

      3 gallon container - serves 35-45 cups

    • Hot Tea

      Hot water provided, with tea bags on side for self service. Choose from our wonderful All-Natural options or Lipton.

      All chilled tea options are all-natural and unsweetened. Please note that these teas are chilled, and ice is not provided, although recommended for serving.
